Fytogreen partnered with Riverlee and ICON to deliver a transformative green infrastructure solution for 1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne, located at Seafarers in Docklands.

As part of the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and biophilic design, Fytogreen installed 90 metres of custom-designed FytoArbours featuring 582 plants across 45 species. These suspended planter systems soften the architectural interiors and create immersive green experiences for guests.

In addition to the FytoArbours, Fytogreen integrated over 950m² of living infrastructure throughout the development, including roof gardens, FytoFelt green walls, aluminium blockwork planters, and wicking planter boxes. The result is a lush urban sanctuary with more than 5800 plants, enhancing biodiversity, air quality, and the overall guest experience at 1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne.
