Nine by Mirvac Roof Gardens

The Nine by Mirvac project, located at 24 Artarmon Rd, Willoughby, NSW, is a transformative redevelopment of the historic Channel Nine television studios. This ambitious project, led by Mirvac Construction Pty Ltd, features a blend of high-quality architecture and lush greenery, creating a vibrant and sustainable living environment.

Greenery Focus: Fytogreen Australia played a pivotal role in enhancing the project’s green credentials by designing, installing, and maintaining over 1,200m2 of lush roof gardens across the 8 iconic buildings in this stunning project.  A planting pallet of 30 different species and an impressive 9,243 plants, the roof gardens not only adds aesthetic value but also contributes to the environmental sustainability of the development.

Fytogreen were proud to also installed 532 GRC and blockwork planter boxes, with 2,975 plants across the 8 buildings
