Located close to the beach,  nestled amongst the Ti Tree,  in the part of the original Powlett Rd Caravan Park. Fytogreen designed 2 separate roof garden areas of 53m2 and 15m2 for a total of 68m2. Each garden is 170mm deep, and finished with local Fish Creek stone mulch.

All the plant species selected are all local indigenous plants, very similar to those on the nearby Victorian Desalination Plant Green Roof.
