Fytogreen completed the design and installation and continues to maintain the project, managing plant growth and system performance as the landscape establishes.

Green Wall

A 7m² Fytofelt green wall introduces greenery, increasing density without reducing usable space. Positioned adjacent to the main living areas, it provides consistent coverage and a softer internal outlook, while contributing to microclimate moderation and visual depth.

Planter Boxes

14.2m² of built-in aluminium planter boxes run along the terrace perimeter, defining the edge of the space and softening the interface between built elements and harbour views.

Planting is arranged for stability and continuity, with species selected to respond to coastal exposure and maintain consistent form over time. Integrated irrigation and drainage are concealed within the system, ensuring efficient operation and supporting long-term plant health.
