As part of the transformation of 367 Collins Street, Fytogreen delivered 54.4m² of immersive Winter Gardens designed to bring nature into the daily workplace experience.
Inspired by the feeling of a living terrarium, the landscape combines mature trees, layered planting and custom engineered planter systems to create a thriving indoor environment.
Anchored by six mature Ficus benjamina trees, the Winter Gardens soften the built environment while supporting the building's vision for premium amenity, wellbeing and biophilic design. Automated irrigation and engineered growing media ensure long-term plant performance within this unique indoor landscape.
In addition to the Winter Gardens, Fytogreen installed four FC FytoFelt Green Walls throughout the building's amenities areas. The pre-grown living walls expand the presence of greenery beyond the main landscape zones, creating a consistent biophilic experience throughout the workplace.
