Fytogreen brings a multitude of green infrastructure across four buildings of the Green Square development

Green Square by Mirvac is a testament to sustainable urban development, integrating nature into the architectural fabric of the build.
Fytogreen designed, installed and maintains a total of 374m² of roof gardens across levels 4, 5 and 13 of Building B & Building C of the Green Square Development. Planting over 2,600 plants of various species in the green roofs alone and utilizing our wind retention mesh on level 13 for wind mitigation.

Level 5 - 14m² garden at 550mm profile

Building C - A total of 110m2 of green roofs
Level 4 & 5 terrace - 14m² roof garden,
950mm profile depth, 210 plants, 8 different speciesLevel 13 - 96m² garden at 330mm profile depth, 680 plants, 10 different species

In both buildings, Fytogreen filled blockwork planters with out lightweight growing media, and tower cranes were used for material transportation.

Fytogreen was responsible for designing, supplying and installing 600 custom aluminium planters, numerous green walls and roof gardens to create lush green infrastructure across four buildings of the Green Square development.
The Green Square precinct is one of the largest urban renewal projects in Australia and when complete, the development will aim to deliver over 1,600 apartments, along with office and retail space and a substantial public domain within the Green Square Town Centre.
