The Fytogreen Green Wall at Liverpool City Library is a 20m² curved installation featuring 504 plants from 20 different species. Located at 52 Scott Street, Liverpool, this green wall is remotely monitored to ensure optimal plant health and growth.
The vertical garden utilizes Fytogreen’s fire-compliant green wall system and is designed to be both visually stunning and environmentally beneficial. The unique curved design of the wall adds an architectural flair, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space.
The project was built by Built and designed by architect fjmt. Part of the larger Liverpool Civic Place development, this project includes a new city library, a civic plaza, and various community facilities, making it a significant urban renewal initiative in Western Sydney

Maintenance and Monitoring
The green wall is remotely monitored to ensure that all plants are always healthy and thriving. Fytogreen’s maintenance team also provides ongoing regular visits to maintain water levels, nutrient supply, and plant health.
These visits include essential tasks such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and prevent overgrowth, inspections, adjustments and fertigation top ups are made to ensure the longevity and success of the installation.
