83 Pirie Street in Adelaide is a commercial building that was completed in 2022. The project was commissioned by Multiplex Australasia Pty Ltd and designed by Woods Bagot. Cbus Property served as the project builder, while Fytogreen Australia was responsible for the design and installation of the greenery.  AHLG is responsible for the maintenance of the greenery.

The building features a fresh, lush green canopy in the atrium that includes 6m² of elevated aluminum planters.  Fytogreen also installed 44m² of ground-level planters, 6.5m² of GRC pots, and 55m² of aluminum inserts across several levels of the project.   The planters are automatically irrigated and indoor plants have integrated growing lights to ensure that the greenery thrives.

The project has won several awards, including a high commendation at the 2023 Australian Institute of Building SA +NT Professional Excellence Awards in the project management category.  Additionally, it has achieved a Platinum WELL pre-certification and a 6 Star Green Star Design Review certified rating .
