Green Square by Mirvac is a testament to sustainable urban development, integrating nature into the architectural fabric of the build.

Fytogreen designed, installed and maintains a total of 374m² of roof gardens across levels 4, 5 and 13 of  Building B & Building C of the Green Square Development.   Planting over 2,600 plants of various species in the green roofs alone and utilizing our wind retention mesh on level 13 for wind mitigation.

Roof Garden Specifications:

• Building B -  A total of 264m2 of green roofs
  Level 5 - 14m² garden at 550mm profile
  98 plants, 5 different species.

  Level 13 - 250m² garden at 330mm profile
  1630 plants, 10 different species

• Building C -  A total of 110m2 of green roofs
  Level 4 & 5 terrace - 14m² roof garden,
  950mm profile depth, 210 plants, 8 different species

  Level 13 - 96m² garden at 330mm profile depth, 680 plants, 10 different species 

• In both buildings, Fytogreen filled blockwork planters with out lightweight growing media, and tower cranes were used for material transportation.

• Level 13 roof gardens on both buildings 
  utilized Fytogreen’s wind retention mesh.
