Fytogreen proudly collaborated on the revitalisation of The Boot Factory at 27–33 Spring Street, Bondi Junction, delivering a vibrant green infrastructure solution that enhances both the aesthetic and environmental value of this heritage site. Commissioned by Waverley Council and designed by Archer Office in partnership with ASPECT Studios, Fytogreen complete the planter box instalation in October 2024.

Designing and installing 96 LLDPE irrigated exterior planter boxes across levels 1 and 2, covering a total area of 26.5m². These planters feature a diverse palette of 22 plant species, totalling 431 individual plants, selected to thrive in the urban environment while contributing to the visual appeal.

This installation exemplifies the integration of sustainable landscape design into urban architecture, transforming a historic building into a green landmark that supports ecological resilience and community wellbeing.
