Located in the serene coastal setting of Noosa Heads, Queensland, the Tallow Residences at Settlers Cove showcases how sustainable green infrastructure can transform luxury residential spaces.

Fytogreen designed and installed a 68m² pool pavilion roof garden that blends contemporary architecture with lush, tropical greenery, creating a tranquil retreat for residents.

This bespoke green roof features a 220mm total profile depth, supporting 8 plant species and 299 plants, carefully selected for resilience and visual impact in a subtropical climate.

Working in collaboration with Cape Bouvard Pty Ltd (Project Builder) and Place Design Group (Landscape Architect), Fytogreen delivered a solution that meets both functional and environmental goals. Completed in July 2024, this project demonstrates how green roofs can integrate seamlessly into high-end residential architecture while promoting sustainability.

Fytogreen continues to maintain this installation, ensuring long-term plant health and performance.
