In December 2024, Fytogreen Australia, in collaboration with Elton Landscapes, Clover, and Studio Nine Architects, completed a transformative green project at Harbour Town Eats, located within the Harbour Town Premium Outlets in Adelaide. This project aimed to enhance the aesthetic and environmental quality of the space through innovative green installations.

The centerpiece of this project is the installation of 4 stunning 2.5m high Living Columns, each featuring 144 plants from 24 diverse species. These columns not only add a striking visual element but also contribute to the overall air quality and ambiance of the area. Additionally, a 16m² FytoFelt fire-compliant internal green wall was installed, showcasing 17 different species and over 320 plants. This green wall serves as a lush, vibrant backdrop, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

The design and installation were meticulously executed by Fytogreen, ensuring that the green elements were seamlessly integrated into the existing architecture. The maintenance of these installations is managed by AHLG and Fytogreen, ensuring that the plants remain healthy and vibrant, contributing to the long-term success of the project.

This project at Harbour Town Eats exemplifies the potential of green architecture to transform spaces, providing both aesthetic and environmental benefits. The collaboration between the various stakeholders highlights the importance of teamwork and expertise in achieving such a successful outcome.

Stay tuned to see how these plants continue to thrive and enhance the space, making Harbour Town Eats a premier destination for both shopping and relaxation.
