For Stage 2, Fytogreen designed and installed a 1,837m2  extensive roof garden with a 220mm profile depth to complement the architecture and enhance resident outlooks, aligning with LDK’s vision for a connected, nature‑forward environment.

Fytogreen's planting palette prioritises hardy Australian natives for structure, texture, and colour—creating habitat for pollinators and delivering year‑round cover. Representative species include Grevillea ‘Gin Gin Gem’, Lomandra ‘Tanika®’, Westringia ‘Grey Box®’, Dianella tasmanica, and Poa labillardierei ‘Eskdale’—selected across zones for wind exposure, sun aspect, and roof microclimates.
