2,185m2 of green roofs at Aberfeldie
Fytogreen Australia has recently completed a project at Raelene Boyle Village, a Ryman Healthcare development located at 2 Vida Street, Aberfeldie.
The project involved the installation of over 2,000 square meters of podium and on-grade planting, 109 aluminum planter boxes, turf, and a Fytofelt Green Wall. In total, Fytogreen supplied and installed a whopping 6,490 plants across three stages.
The project is an excellent example of Fytogreen’s commitment to sustainable landscaping practices. By incorporating greenery into urban spaces, Fytogreen is helping to create healthier and more livable environments for people to enjoy.

He says the retirement village garden at Aberfeldie has, for example, helped to reduce heat in an area that can be a bit of a "furnace" and has helped solve a problem of limited space..."
" What a great effort by the Fytogreen team, it was the first large scale opportunity that we have had to demonstrate our open base aluminium planters all floating 380mm above the waterproof membrane"
- Geoff Heard, Fytogreen Managing Director
